Vending operator will supply and install you choice of vending machine(s) at the above location, and stock, service and maintain the equipment in a timely manner.
The vending equipment shall remain the property of the vending operator. The vending operator assumes all responsibility for theft, vandalism, and equipment maintenance.
The vending equipment may be removed y the vending operator if the location is not profitable. Location may request removal of all equipment if the equipment is not being serviced properly and timely. Either party must provide a minimum notice of
14 working days.
